Role DescriptionBronx Banco is seeking a full-time Production Manager to work on-site at its New York, NY location. The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budgets are consistently met. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, monitoring inventory and supply chain operations, coordinating production schedules, and troubleshooting any production challenges. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with design, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery from concept to completion. Qualifications Strong production management skills, including schedule coordination and budget managementExpertise in supply chain logistics and inventory oversightExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, merchandising, and logisticsFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, including fabric sourcing and quality controlProficiency with production tracking tools and softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience working within the fashion, apparel, or luxury goods industry is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
