You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth. In addition, you will manage Sourcing Specialists and build out your team.What You'll Be Working On:Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including HR and People.Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance managementServe as a key business partner to corporate leaders, delivering value, mitigating risk, and ensuring the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growthLead and manage Sourcing Specialists and build out the corporate procurement teamConduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurementWhat You'll Bring to the Team:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field7+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focusProven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savingsStrong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skillsExcellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levelsHands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)Bonus Points:Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environmentDeep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categoriesMBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)Benefits:Competitive compensationRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off & paid holidaysComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offCompensation:Compensation will be paid in the range of $130,000 - $157,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
