This organization values technical excellence, strategic thinking, and a commitment to data driven decision making.Job SummaryYou will be at the helm of a legacy modernization project, orchestrating the migration of complex mainframe data ecosystems into a Salesforce Cloud environment.Here’s What You’ll Be DoingArchitecting end-to-end data conversion strategies for large-scale migrations from IBM z/OS environments to Salesforce Service Cloud.Developing mapping documents and rules that translate COBOL copybooks, DB2 tables, and VSAM files into relational Salesforce objects.Engineering ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and loading.Optimizing SQL Server staging environments through advanced T-SQL development, stored procedures, and data reconciliation scripts.Collaborating with cross-functional teams of Salesforce Architects and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, quality, and delivery via Bulk APIs.Here’s What Our Ideal Candidate HasOver 10 years in data integration with a mastery of migrating data from IBM Mainframe environments (z/OS, DB2, VSAM, IMS, or COBOL) to modern platforms.Expert with Informatica (specifically IICS) and the ability to design transformation workflows.Proven experience managing large-scale data loads into Salesforce using Data Loader, Bulk API, or specialized Informatica connectors.Strong proficiency in SQL Server development, including the ability to perform data profiling, cleansing, and performance tuning.The ability to lead technical teams through complex cutover plans while communicating risks and progress to project leadership.#AccessData
