Job Description: Prospect, sign, and activate physician clinic partners across your target verticals, with a focus on practices that will integrate Molecular You as a recurring protocolLead clinic education sessions with physicians and clinical staff, translating the biomarker platform into a clear patient conversation framework the practice can use independentlyOwn the full sales cycle: outreach, first meeting, proposal, onboarding, and ongoing account developmentMaintain pipeline and activity in CRM, with weekly reporting against activation and volume targetsFeed market intelligence back to the commercial team on objections youre hearing, which verticals are moving fastest, and where pricing or positioning needs to evolveAttend regional conferences and clinic-hosted patient events where relevant to your territoryRequirements: 3+ years selling specialty diagnostics, advanced lab services, functional medicine products, or nutraceuticals directly into physician practicesEstablished relationships with named physicians and clinic contacts in your region, not a cold territoryDemonstrated success selling into at least two of our target verticals: longevity, integrative/functional medicine, concierge, womens health, performance medicine, or GLP-1/weight managementA track record of consultative selling to clinical buyers who need to be educated, not just convincedSelf-directed and field-oriented; you set your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to outcomes without needing daily managementComfortable in a startup environment where the playbook is being written, your feedback shapes it, and ambiguity doesnt slow you downMotivated by commission upside over base security; you want your earning tied to what you produceAble to translate a complex scientific platform into a clinical value proposition that lands in a 20-minute physician meetingBachelors degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferredBenefits: Commission is uncapped
