This role is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with dispensary partners, increasing shelf presence, and expanding market share throughout the region. You will maintain and grow existing retail accounts while actively prospecting and securing new business opportunities. Success in this position requires consistent in-market engagement, strong product knowledge, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives within a regulated cannabis environment.Compensation: Base Salary: $50k - $60k with expected OTE around $90k-$115k**This is for Manhattan territory (Must have vehicle)**What You’ll Do:Drive wholesale sales of the company’s cannabis product portfolio, including vapes, pre-rolls, and infused beverages, across your assigned territory.Manage and grow existing dispensary accounts by increasing shelf presence, securing reorders, and identifying expansion opportunities.Prospect and develop new retail partnerships to expand market penetration and territory revenue.Conduct in-person sales presentations, product education sessions, and promotional activations to support sell-through.Maintain a strong understanding of cannabis market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer demand to inform sales strategy.Build and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent communication, service, and strategic account planning.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to execute territory growth initiatives and exceed sales targets.Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and account performance accurately within the CRM system.QualificationsHigh school degree or GED.Previous sales experienceAt least 21 years old.Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.Willingness to travel within the state.Any required licenses or permits related to the cannabis industry in the state working in.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related products is a plus.Self-motivated and results-oriented.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using sales software.What We Offer:Competitive Pay + CommissionMedical, Dental, Vision BenefitsHealth Savings Account (HSA)Life/AD&D InsuranceShort-Term Disability3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)Employee Assistance ProgramCommuter BenefitsThe United Green is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
