Alarm Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Alarm Technician with hands-on experience in installation, service, troubleshooting, inventory management, and overall service operations for commercial and residential security systems. The ideal candidate will have strong low voltage experience and a solid background in security, camera, and video systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair alarm and life safety systems.Perform service calls, system testing, and preventive maintenance.Support inventory management and daily field service operations.Install and configure security cameras, WiFi infrastructure, and mounting hardware.Ensure systems operate properly and meet safety standards.Required QualificationsExperience with low voltage systems, alarm systems, and commercial security systems.Hands-on experience with Alarm.com, Honeywell Security, and DSC PowerSeries/Neo.Experience with camera and video systems, preferably Digital Watchdog cameras.Knowledge of WiFi infrastructure, mounting hardware, and Sonos audio systems.Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
