This position operates on a 100% commission-based compensation structure, offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.This role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable building their own pipeline, and confident in their ability to close. We are intentionally building a team of individuals who take ownership of their results and operate with consistency and discipline.The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, generating leads, engaging prospects, and building lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.____________________________________________________________Compensation • 100% commission-based structure • Uncapped earning potential • Performance-driven environment with no income ceilingTop performers can expect significant earning potential based on performance.____________________________________________________________Qualifications • Proven sales experience, including lead generation and closing • Ability to build and manage your own pipeline • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Experience in SaaS, business analytics, or B2B sales is a plus • Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
