This pivotal role involves driving the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from site selection to data center integration, and architecting modular systems to support global growth. The successful candidate will be the key liaison between various teams to ensure collaboration and interoperability, as well as build and manage relationships with vendors for high-performance deployments. A strong focus on monitoring, capacity forecasting, and reliability is essential, as is the ability to build and lead a team of engineers and specialists.Applicants for the Head of Infrastructure position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in large-scale data center and compute infrastructure, with a preference for those with a background in AI/ML, HPC, or hyperscale environments. Deep technical knowledge of GPU clusters, high-density computing, power and thermal management, and network design is required, along with a proven track record in launching major infrastructure initiatives. The role demands expertise in NVIDIA GPUs and associated technologies, strong leadership and vendor management skills, and a business-minded approach to cost/performance tradeoffs.
