Sheetfed Press Operator -Komori Lithrone 28 5-color & coater

Action Mailing is seeking an experienced Sheetfed Press Operator to run and maintain our Komori Lithrone 28 5-color & coater press on our 1st shift. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strict quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor a sheetfed Komori Lithrone 28 5-color & coater press.Review job tickets and ensure proper setup (stock, ink, coatings, etc.)Maintain color consistency and quality throughout production runsPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipmentInspect printed materials to ensure they meet quality standardsWork closely with prepress and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiencyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMeet production deadlines while minimizing wasteThe right individual will have the following qualifications:2+ years of experience operating a sheetfed offset press (Komori preferred)Strong understanding of color matching and print quality standardsAbility to read and interpret job tickets and production specsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and reliabilityPreferred (Not Required)Experience in a commercial printing or mailing environmentFamiliarity with bindery or finishing processesExperience working in a high-volume production settingWhy Join Us?Established, growing company with modern equipmentTeam-oriented environment with strong leadership supportOpportunity to make an impact and grow your skillsMust be able to pass background check including drug screen
