Member Plan Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Member Plan Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing member plans and ensuring that all plan-related information is accurate and up-to-date. This is a full-time in office position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day coordination of member plans, including enrollments and changes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all member plan information
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy of member information
Quality review estate planning documents
Review plan replacements and changes for accuracy
Review reporting for accuracy
Respond to member inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Assist with the development of new member plans as required
Ensure that all plan information is compliant with industry regulations and standards
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any plan-related issues
Requirements
Paralegal degree or certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in plan coordination or a related field.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software systems.
