Five Points Café is Searching for a Talented Kitchen manager.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintaining InventoryOrdering from vendorsOrganize and monitor the kitchen staff to ensure food quality and time sensitivityEnsure we are ready for serviceMonitor food quality and plating of all foodProblem solve any issues that may arise in the kitchenCommunicate effectively with other Operation Managers and OwnerRequired QualificationsSupervisory experienceExperience in hiring, training, scheduling, and staff evaluationsExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience food, liquor, and beer orderingPossession or ability to obtain Food Handler's permit upon employmentCompensation based on experience.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Kitchen Management: 2 years (Preferred)
