Food Service Supervisor

Central Nursing - Central nursing is looking to hire a Food Service Supervisor. The Food Service Supervisor oversees the daily functioning of Dining in the facilities. The key role of the job is to provide support and direction to the dietary staff. The Food Service Supervisor supervises meal planning, production and delivery for all the food services in the facility. The supervisor will also ensure that the facility is up to standard in health and food regulations.Food Service Supervisor salary $25/hrFood Service Supervisor Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day function of the dining services and Dietary departments in the facilityOversee Dietary staff in providing excellent food servicesDevelops effective procedure in providing food services for the facilityConsult with Administration and Nursing staff on all matters related to food services in the facilitySupervise Dietary and dining employee's in maintaining excellent service at all timesEnsure that all food services perform in accordance with all State, Federal and Company regulationsAttend to concerns and dietary needs of individual residents and family membersSpearhead projects and programs for improvement in food servicesPerform other related job duties as requiredFood Service Supervisor Qualifications:Current food service sanitation license requiredExperience in food services in the Healthcare IndustryAt least one-year supervisory experience preferred
