Senior Sales Representative – Commercial Cleaning Services

Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead business development efforts within the Orlando commercial market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a proven background in commercial sales, preferably within commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility services. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue, building long-term client relationships, and closing high-quality, profitable contracts.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow commercial accounts in the Orlando area
Identify, prospect, and close new commercial opportunities
Build strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, and decision-makers
Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations
Prepare pricing, proposals, and service agreements
Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reporting
Partner with operations to ensure successful client onboarding and retention
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial sales
Commercial cleaning or facility services experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
Commission structure with strong earning potential
