The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, develop effective sales presentations, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, maintaining ongoing communication, offering customized solutions, and helping grow the company's client base. Collaboration with internal teams and regular reporting are also crucial aspects of this role.QualificationsProven skills in Sales Presentations and the ability to demonstrate value effectivelyExpertise in Relationship Building and strong interpersonal abilitiesCommitment to providing exceptional Customer Service and managing client needs effectivelyExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in New Business Development, including lead generation and securing new clientsGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targetsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accountsFamiliarity with facility management services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredProficiency in CRM software and other sales toolsThis role is for someone who believes in themselves, believes they can build something greater.
