Commercial Counsel

Commercial Counsel is a full-time, remote position responsible for providing legal support across various departments, managing the contracting function, and ensuring compliance while fostering a collaborative environment. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary legal contact for multiple departments, resolving inquiries and collaborating with the General Counsel as needed Manage the end-to-end contracting process, including drafting and negotiating various agreements Develop and maintain legal infrastructure to support company growth and compliance, while interfacing with outside counsel on specialized mattersRequired QualificationsJD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US state 4-7 years of transactional legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts Strong knowledge of SaaS and data licensing, with experience negotiating with enterprise buyers preferred Familiarity with healthcare-related regulatory frameworks or a willingness to learn Ability to provide actionable legal guidance and demonstrate ownership and adaptability in a dynamic environment
