Residential Service Electrician

Job Description We are a newly established electrical contractor looking to expand and grow our team. We currently have 1–2 employees assisting in day-to-day operations and are looking to bring on someone experienced in residential service and sales (commercial experience is a plus).Honesty is the foundation of our company, our reputation, and our brand. If you are not aligned with this standard, this is not the position for you.This role requires someone who is comfortable dealing directly with homeowners, discussing pricing, and estimating work on-site. You must present yourself professionally and communicate clearly and honestly at all times.The position may begin as hourly but will transition into a performance-based, incentive-driven role.We are in a growth phase — while we are actively building consistent workflow, work is not always guaranteed yet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential service work, with commercial and industrial experience considered a plus.
