Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise SharePoint Service Lead - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage enterprise SharePoint service operations, ensuring effective platform governance and site collection management.Develop and enforce configuration management standards to optimize platform performance and sustain lifecycle management.Oversee platform updates and ensure secure collaboration capabilities in alignment with DoD cybersecurity policies.Coordinate modernization, migration, and integration initiatives to support scalable collaboration environments.Implement access control measures to maintain secure and compliant SharePoint environments.Integrate collaboration services with identity and security architectures to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with RMF requirements and STIG guidance for information management.Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and practices to enhance mission-critical collaboration capabilities.Required SkillsRequired QualificationsClearance: Secret Eligible requiredS. Citizenship requiredDoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency levelCertifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACTEducation: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in leading enterprise collaboration and hosting environments within DoD or Federal networks.Proven experience in platform governance, site collection administration, and lifecycle sustainment.Demonstrated ability to manage platform upgrades and migrations.Experience in integrating collaboration services with security architectures.Desired SkillsDesired QualificationsClearance: Active Secret preferredExperience with DoDIN-connected environments and related operational challenges.Familiarity with ARNG or similar military network operations.Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity policies and information management controls.Experience in coordinating large-scale modernization initiatives.ECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
