*Service Titan Enterprise Solutions Architect*Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.The Enterprise Solutions Architect plays a pivotal and highly visible role in driving the strategic adoption, optimization, and ongoing success of the ServiceTitan platform across the UCG enterprise. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of ServiceTitan implementation and leveraging the platform's full capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, drive productivity, and enable data-driven decision-making across all business units. This position works closely with senior leadership to align technology capabilities with business strategy, acquisition integration, and long-term growth initiatives, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.*Key Responsibilities **ServiceTitan Platform Ownership** Serve as the primary subject matter expert and strategic lead for all ServiceTitan initiatives, driving best-practice adoption, governance, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.* Own the complete ServiceTitan lifecycle, including implementation, administration, optimization, upgrades, integrations, and future platform enhancements.* Provide strategic direction for enterprise-wide ServiceTitan utilization across multiple operating companies and business units.*Enterprise Multi-Tenant Administration** Manage and support a minimum of seven (7) active ServiceTitan tenants across the enterprise, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational alignment.* Support ongoing acquisition integrations by configuring and onboarding newly acquired business entities into the enterprise ServiceTitan ecosystem.* Develop and maintain standardized tenant structures, workflows, permissions, forms, reporting, and operational templates to support enterprise growth and scalability.* Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure tenant configurations align with enterprise standards while supporting local operational needs.*Implementation & Integration Management** Lead the successful implementation, configuration, migration, and integration of ServiceTitan across all existing and newly acquired UCG locations.* Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities including data migration, process mapping, testing, user acceptance, training, and go-live support.* Oversee integrations between ServiceTitan and other enterprise systems, including accounting, payroll, CRM, dispatching, reporting, and business intelligence platforms.* Minimize operational disruption during acquisitions and platform rollouts while maximizing integration efficiency and user adoption.*Process Optimization & Business Transformation** Proactively engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify operational pain points, analyze workflows, and develop scalable ServiceTitan solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.* Partner with executive leadership to develop and maintain a scalable "model tenant" structure that promotes standardization, consistency, and operational excellence across the enterprise.* Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve workflow efficiency, and leverage ServiceTitan functionality to drive measurable business improvements.* Analyze system utilization and operational performance metrics to recommend continuous improvements and optimization strategies.*Skilled Trades Operational Support** Provide expert-level ServiceTitan support for skilled trades organizations, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service operations.* Understand field service workflows including dispatching, scheduling, memberships, estimates, invoicing, technician scorecards, payroll, and inventory management.* Assist operations teams with workflow troubleshooting, process improvements, and ServiceTitan best practices specific to the home services industry.*Help Desk & User Support** Provide advanced support for ServiceTitan-related help desk requests, support tickets, troubleshooting, and user escalations.* Act as a primary escalation point for system issues, configuration challenges, and operational disruptions.* Develop support documentation, training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base resources for end users and leadership teams.* Conduct end-user training and ongoing coaching to improve platform adoption and operational consistency.*Required Qualifications** Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working on both the client-side and service-side of the ServiceTitan platform.* Demonstrated experience supporting and administering multiple ServiceTitan tenants across an enterprise environment.* Experience working across several tenants simultaneously, with the ability to support a minimum of seven (7) tenants in an enterprise structure.* Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan functionality within skilled trades industries, specifically HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations.* Experience supporting acquisitions, enterprise scaling initiatives, and operational standardization efforts.* Proven ability to manage ServiceTitan implementations, integrations, and enterprise optimization projects.* Experience handling ServiceTitan help desk support, ticket management, troubleshooting, and end-user support.* Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.* Ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, operational teams, and field personnel.*Preferred Qualifications** Experience in enterprise architecture, business systems analysis, or operational technology leadership within home services or skilled trades organizations.* Familiarity with API integrations, reporting tools, data analytics, and business
