Customer Success Analyst

Job DescriptionWonder Porcelain, a multi-nation porcelain manufacturer originated in China, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Customer Success Analyst. This role is responsible for supporting customer relationships—particularly key accounts—while ensuring efficient execution of customer orders and delivering data-driven insights to improve service levels and drive incremental sales growth. ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage day-to-day relationships with key accounts, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and service quality.Oversee the end-to-end customer order process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment, while coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.Analyze customer order data, purchasing patterns, and sales trends to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and supporting incremental sales growth through product recommendations and upselling.Maintain accurate records within ERP systems and provide data-driven insights and reporting to support internal decision-making and continuous process improvement.Resolve customer issues, discrepancies, and service-related challenges in a timely and professional manner, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.Other sales-related and ad hoc tasks during daily operations.
