Avanciers is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Representative for an exciting opportunity with one of our Fortune 500 clients, based in Mount Juliet, TN (Onsite).Role: Customer Service Representative (Order Management/ SAP)Location: Mount Juliet, TN (Onsite)Duration: Contract (05/18/2026 – 11/17/2026) – temp-to-hireWork Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% onsite)Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end customer interactions, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP and a proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction through proactive communication and efficient problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Resolve complex customer inquiries and ensure timely closureCoordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and internal teams for issue resolutionManage end-to-end customer requests including order processing, pricing, and invoicingProvide proactive updates to customers on order status and issue resolutionAnalyze customer data, forecasts, and performance metricsTrack sales performance and share insights with managementEnsure 100% On-Time Delivery (ROTD) through effective coordinationIdentify fulfillment risks and propose alternate solutionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experienceMentor and guide junior team members when neededRequired Qualifications:4–5+ years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management rolesStrong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)Experience coordinating with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SalesforceBackground in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industryStrong analytical and reporting skills
