Medical Assistant We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll support providers with both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure excellent patient care and smooth office operations.What You'll Do Room patients and take vital signs Prepare exam rooms and assist during procedures Administer injections, collect specimens, and perform basic lab tests Document patient information in EMR/EHR systems Schedule appointments and answer patient calls Verify insurance and collect payments Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked work areas Provide friendly, professional patient support and educationWhat We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) preferred Previous clinical or healthcare experience a plus Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused attitudeWhy Join Us Supportive team environment Stable, full-time opportunity Competitive pay based on experience Meaningful work serving the community If you're ready to grow your career in healthcare, apply today!Required Skills / Certifications / Experience: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED required Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS/CPR certificationExperience: 1+ year of clinical or healthcare experience preferred Experience with EMR/EHR systems Familiarity with basic lab procedures and patient careSkills & Competencies: Strong patient care and bedside manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of medical terminology Basic computer and data entry skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
