All roles start at $20/hr.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:Customer service experience, excellent customer support focusExperience working with medical records (for the Records role)Experience handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls (for Client Contact role)English/Spanish bilingual proficiency a PLUS for Client Contact roleExperience in the legal field a super plus!For ALL of these roles, exceptional attention to detail, reliability, organizational skills, the ability to successfully meet deadlines, and excellent communication are essential.WORKING HOURS:Medical Records Request - FT, M-F 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.Data Entry Specialist - FT, M-F 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.Client Contact Specialist can be FT or PT.FT shifts can be M-F 9am-5:30pm, 2pm-10pm M-F, OR 2-10pm 4 weekdays (consistent week-to-week) AND Saturdays 9am-5pm.For PT, shift can be Saturday ONLY 9am-5pm.WORKING CONDITIONS:Work is performed in a normal heated or air-conditioned office environment.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
