Maintenance Supervisor

Job DescriptionJoin our client's team as a Maintenance Supervisor with positions open in Evansville, IN and Owensboro, KY,supporting food manufacturing. This multi-craft role covers mechanical, electrical, controls, and facilities maintenance to keep production, packaging, and utility systems running safely and efficiently.What you'll do:Supports production operations within safety, quality, budgetary, and regulatory guidelines by ensuring timely and efficient maintenance of all operations equipment and assets.Enhance the overall quality, safety, and reliability of the assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.Direct supervision of technical/maintenance staff, providing day-to-day technical leadership as well as managing PM programs and projects.Maintains documentary evidence of key events in installation and maintenance activity and provides technical advice in problem-solvingWhat we're looking for:5+ years of recent maintenance experience - food manufacturing experience required5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.High-level attention to detailExperience with quality systems and regulations.Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and ERP software systems.Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Ability to work in wet, fast-paced food production environments.Why consider this opportunity?Stable, growing company with a promote from within cultureOpportunity to lead a team and make a measurable impact on operationsYou'll play a key role in maintaining critical food manufacturing operations with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
