Pension Systems Implementation Analyst

Job Title: Implementation Services Analyst Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Remote) Duration: 6 MonthsOverview: We are seeking an experienced Implementation Services Analyst to support system implementation and migration initiatives, with a strong focus on pension administration processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring accurate system configuration, thorough testing, and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Support system implementation and migration projects by gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into clear functional specificationsPerform manual pension calculations, process election forms, and ensure accurate setup of pension payments within systemsLoad, validate, and maintain pension data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with established proceduresDevelop comprehensive test strategies, including creating test plans, identifying edge cases, and building test cases based on both existing and inferred scenariosExecute system and user acceptance testing, identify defects, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issuesManage or support project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication for system migration initiativesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and system functionalityContinuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyRequired Qualifications:Experience in pension administration, including manual calculations and processing of election formsHands-on experience with system implementations, including writing functional requirements and supporting development teamsStrong testing experience, including creating test plans from scratch and executing structured testing methodologiesExperience supporting or managing system migration projectsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong verbal communication skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and quickly grasp new conceptsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working with pension or benefits administration systemsPrior experience in a project management or lead role within implementation projectsFamiliarity with data analysis and test case development techniquesAdditional Information:Fully remote positionCandidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with evolving priorities
