About the RoleVBET, as part of the global SoftConstruct ecosystem, is participating in the executive search for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Chief Marketing Officer to support the launch of an ambitious new project: a full-cycle B2B iGaming Marketing Agency. The mission of this agency is to act as a powerful holistic partner for other B2B iGaming clients, offering them end-to-end marketing infrastructure and localized expertise.As the CMO, you will build the agency's service catalog from scratch, define its market positioning, recruit an initial team, and drive full-scale marketing execution for clients across global markets.๐Ÿ“Œ Key Responsibilities1. Service Architecture & B2B Marketing StrategyHolistic Marketing Strategy: Develop and deliver end-to-end marketing frameworks for B2B clients, including brand positioning, multi-channel acquisition mix, and custom market entry roadmaps with performance targets tied to key metrics.End-to-End Service Delivery: Build and oversee the execution of the agency's core product offerings: Affiliate Management, Media Buying & SEO, SMM & Visual Assets and others.Data-Driven Analytics: Deploy advanced tracking tools to monitor marketing efficiency, mirroring best practices (tracking LTV by channel, evaluating precise ROI, and continuously optimizing campaign performance).2. Market Expansion & Regulatory CompetenceTarget Markets Expertise: Tailor marketing strategies to the specific nuances of target regions, focusing heavily on regulated markets, while maintaining the flexibility to navigate other jurisdictions.3. Team Leadership & Launch Operations (From 0 to 1)Build the Machine: Recruit, onboard, and manage an initial core team of professionals.Hands-on Execution: Act as a "Player-Coach" in the early phases - combining high-level strategic decisions with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to map processes, brief teams, and establish workflows.๐Ÿง  Requirements & QualificationsiGaming Industry DNA: Minimum 5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience (CMO, Head of Marketing, or VP of Marketing) strictly within the iGaming ecosystem.B2B Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B product/service positioning within the gambling industry.Diverse Background (In-house or Agency): We welcome top-tier talent coming either from successful Marketing/iGaming Agencies OR from In-house teams of prominent iGaming platform providers, aggregators, slot studios, or gambling SaaS companies.0-to-1 Launch Experience: Proven track record of building a marketing team, agency, or business unit from scratch.Market-Specific Knowledge: Strong understanding of traffic acquisition, compliance, and user behaviour in regulated markets.Fluency in English and Russian Languages.
