Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage assigned projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, safety, and profitability.Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities, including budgets, schedules, material procurement, subcontracts, and manpower.Collaborate with VDC/BIM, pre-fabrication, and field teams to optimize project execution.Monitor subcontractors, safety compliance, and quality control (QA/QC).Track costs, change orders, and project progress; report status to management.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and trade partners.Qualifications:BS in Construction Management or equivalent; 5+ years in electrical project management.Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, change management, and team leadership.Proficient in project and financial software; knowledge of Spectrum or estimation software a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
