Senior Electrical Project Manager – Commercial & Institutional ConstructionWe're looking for a seasoned Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical scopes across commercial, federal, healthcare, and institutional projects. Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle management of electrical scopes on commercial, federal, and healthcare projectsOversee budgets, labor forecasting, procurement, buyout, and cost controlManage electricians, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain productivity, quality, and safetyCoordinate closely with GCs, architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve design and field issuesReview electrical drawings, one-lines, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and constructabilityEnsure compliance with NEC, NFPA, QA/QC standards, and all project-specific requirementsDrive weekly OAC, trade coordination, and internal project meetingsMaintain schedule alignment through look-aheads, pull planning, and proactive risk mitigationSupport commissioning, inspections, and turnover documentationQualifications:5+ years of electrical project management experience in commercial, federal, or healthcare constructionProven success managing $20M+ electrical scopes with aggressive timelinesDemonstrated leadership managing field labor and multiple foremen/superintendentsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, P6/MS Project, and electrical estimating/procurement workflowsWhy Join Us:Competitive base salary + Bonus + Vehicle AllowanceFull benefits package including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k)Generous PTO and paid holidaysA safety-first culture with a team that values craftsmanship, accountability, and long-term growthOpportunity to lead some of the most complex and high-visibility electrical projects in the region
