Commercial Project Manager

Overview COMPANY PROFILE: This company is a newly established GC in the middle-Tn area. They are building a great reputation and landing repeat clientele. They will thrive via a broad range of commercial clientele and project types in the Mid-Tn market. Their portfolio will focus on including adaptive-Reuse, municipal public works, retail, restaurant, office, etc. and will self perform some aspects of their smaller projects. They are currently interviewing for a Project Manager that has at least 4-5+ years of commercial project experience as an Estimating PM and has experience with estimating/bidding ground-up construction working for a General Contractor. Responsibilities Estimate/Bid and, once project is awarded, manage and control all assigned projects from cradle to grave. Estimating/pricing for services and effectively communicating with clients/subs to achieve a winning budget and bid for a successful project award. Work with all project parties to resolve conflicts or discrepancies. Manage all field operations and safety by working in conjunction with the Superintendent to deliver the client's project on-time and under-budget. Build and maintain relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and City/County entities the company depends on to be successful. Qualifications At least 4-5+ years of commercial project experience as an Estimating PM, with experience estimating/bidding ground-up construction for a General Contractor.
