Our client is a luxury residential builder based in Nashville, Tennessee, crafting custom high-end homes for discerning clients across Middle Tennessee. They pride themselves on uncompromising quality, meticulous craftsmanship, and a client experience that matches the homes they deliver.The RoleWe're hiring a Project Manager to be the on-the-ground leader across their active luxury residential job sites. You'll be the person making sure every detail from subcontractor performance to site cleanliness to design fidelity meets the standard our clients expect. You'll work closely with our Executive Project Manager, designers, trade partners, and homeowners to keep projects moving on schedule, on budget, and built to spec.This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in the field, has a sharp eye for quality, and knows how to hold a job site to a high standard.What You'll DoVerify subcontractors are present and performing per schedule and plansMaintain cleanliness and safety across job sitesEnforce design compliance and field quality controlReview and validate subcontractor and vendor invoices against actual work completionCoordinate site readiness for walkthroughs with clients, designers, and trade partnersUpdate job schedules and document daily logsCommunicate site issues and project blockers to the Executive Project ManagersOversee post-completion warranty workWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally in custom or luxury homesStrong understanding of construction sequencing, plans, and specificationsSharp eye for quality, finish work, and design intentExcellent communication skills you can hold a sub accountable in the morning and walk a homeowner through finishes in the afternoon
