About the JobUnit HighlightsNurses on Unit 3F (General Surgery) care for acutely ill and surgically complex patients. We welcome patients from a variety of medical and surgical specialties. As a multispecialty surgical unit, the 3F patient population includes Urology, Thoracic, Plastics, Trauma, in addition to other surgical services.This 31-bed unit is a great place to become an expert surgical nurse and be exposed to a variety of specialized post-operative surgical nursing skills. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
