Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionWe are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in commercial, retail, and restaurant projects. This role involves managing multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction, scheduling, and closeoutPrepare estimates, take-offs, and value engineering analysisIssue subcontracts and purchase orders for materials and vendorsCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsOversee field operations and monitor project progressCommunicate project expectations with internal teams and stakeholdersPrepare weekly reports, RFIs, and change ordersRequirements10+ years of commercial construction experience (retail/restaurant preferred)5+ years in a Project Manager roleStrong knowledge of construction processes and project management principlesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Project; Procore experience is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects and enforce safety and quality standardsBenefitsGrowth opportunities within a collaborative team environmentMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan optionsCompensation: $110,000 – $175,000+ (based on experience)
