License must be in hand at time of application.Certifications BLS (AHA)Certifications ACLS (AHA)Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical in last 3 years.Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.EMR EpicSkills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.Additional Confirmations I have never worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year..Additional Confirmations Experience with accessing and managing ports, central line blood draw, PICC line management, peripheral line care/management, and starting and maintaining IVs is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, high flow nasal cannula, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, and tracheostomy care/management is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with blood product administration, heparin, insulin, PCA, and phlebotomy is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with bowel obstruction, colostomy/ileostomy management/care, continuous bladder irrigation, CVA, and feeding tube care and management is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with post MI, pre/post hemodialysis management, pre/post neurosurgery, and pre/post thoracic surgery is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with renal failure, spinal cord injury, surgical drains, total joint replacement, traumatic brain injury, and wound care/wound vac is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with isolation precautions/PPE and use of rapid response/code teams is required.Additional Confirmations Ortho trauma experience is required.Additional Confirmations Oral suctioning experience is required.Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.Requested Time Off Up to 3 days of time off can be requested.NOMAD BENEFITSHousing: Stipend provided.
