Client Information GuideThe Client Information Guide is responsible for client contact (incoming and outgoing), from assigned direct contact campaigns, determining business and coverage needs, and assigning the lead to the appropriate carrier/brokerage.Essential functions include receiving incoming client calls, entering client lead information, utilizing the Salesforce system to receive tasks, scheduling follow-up appointments, utilizing the GURU application, using in-office collaboration software, providing excellent customer service, performing actions to avoid issues, and participating in seminars and other training.Additional responsibilities may include other duties as needed to support the essential functions.Knowledge, skills, and abilities include managing a high volume of client calls, working in a fast-paced environment, using PC skills, being self-motivated, maintaining punctuality, communicating effectively, promoting a team environment, adhering to company policies, and maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous insurance or call center experience, and a current state-issued property and casualty insurance license or the ability to quickly obtain one.Working conditions include a fast-paced, multi-tasking office environment, performing sedentary work, lifting up to 20 pounds occasionally, and operating a computer workstation.
