Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Vice President, Sr. Manager, People & Talent to lead the transformation and change efforts within the organization. This strategic HR leader will be responsible for shaping the workplace environment, employee experience, and organizational culture to align with business goals and mission. Key responsibilities include leading change management and transformation initiatives, developing and implementing talent management and recruitment strategies, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports employee well-being and professional growth. The role also involves acting as a steward of the company culture, ensuring it aligns with values, and implementing programs to boost employee morale and engagement.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations, and a proven track record as a strategic partner to business leaders. They should be adept at leading cross-functional collaboration, influencing at all levels, and using data and analytics to inform decisions. Experience in change management methodologies and a background in leading HR initiatives in dynamic transformation environments are essential. The role requires a minimum of 12 years' progressive leadership experience in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or equivalent preferred, along with relevant HR certifications.Hiring Manager Title
