Restaurant Server or Bartender

Overview We are seeking polished, experienced Restaurant Servers and Bartenders to join the team at Masons Steakhouse, an upscale steakhouse dedicated to delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. This role offers the opportunity to work in a sophisticated, guest-focused environment where attention to detail, professionalism, and elevated service standards are essential. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants of similar caliber and a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined service techniques is highly valued. Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, and reservation platforms like OpenTable is preferred. Responsibilities Provide warm, professional, and attentive service throughout the entire guest experience Demonstrate expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily features, wine selections, and craft beverages Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, Aloha, Micros, or similar platforms Execute service with precision, proper timing, and fine dining presentation standards Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations, including upselling premium menu items and beverages Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and bar areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Handle payments accurately and maintain professionalism during all financial transactions Collaborate closely with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest relations at all times Requirements Prior experience in a high-end or upscale restaurant required; steakhouse or fine dining experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and classic service standards Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and excellent communication skills Experience with POS systems such as Toast, Micros, Aloha, OpenTable, or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple tables or bar guests while maintaining composure and attention to detail Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service Strong math skills and accuracy with billing and payment processing Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence Why Join Us We offer a professional, team-driven culture, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work in a premier dining environment committed to excellence.
