Can you bounce from Canva to copy to coaching a loan officer without overthinking it?This Field Marketing Specialist role sits at the center of Movement's action. You'll work in office at our National Sales Support Center, embedded with the Field Marketing Support Team and partnered closely with corporate marketing. Your job is simple: help the field win with fast, smart, human marketing support.If variety energizes you and being helpful is your default setting, this role was built for you.What You'll DoExecute a wide range of marketing needs including graphic design, light copywriting, social content, email builds, and onboarding assets for loan officersTriage and fulfill requests through a centralized intake process, using good judgment to prioritize, problem-solve, and determine the best approach for each askConsistently meet SLA timelines while delivering high-quality, on-brand workProvide proactive coaching and consultative support within MORE, our marketing platform powered by Salesforce and Send360Serve as a trusted resource on brand standards, marketing best practices, and field engagement strategiesCollaborate closely with fellow Field Marketing Specialists, corporate design, and marketing stakeholdersLead marketing onboarding experiences for new loan officers, ensuring they launch with confidence and consistencyIdentify recurring field needs and recommend new templates, assets, and campaigns that improve efficiencySupport ongoing maintenance and evolution of the MORE marketing librarySuggest improvements to workflows, processes, and intake systems as part of our growing pilot strategyTake ownership of your work, manage competing timelines, and solve problems independentlyWho You AreA marketing generalist who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsNaturally customer-service oriented and comfortable working directly with sales professionals and regional leadersHighly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities at onceCurious, resourceful, and excited about using AI and new tools to work smarterOpen to feedback and motivated to continuously improveRequirements1-2 years of marketing experienceBroad knowledge of marketing disciplines including design, content, social, and platformsStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldEven BetterStrong Canva skills or experience with Adobe Creative SuiteComfort using AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance creative outputFamiliarity with CRM or email marketing platformsMortgage or financial services knowledgeThe expected salary range for this position is between:$56,000.00 - $87,200.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
