You'll have the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families, fostering positive treatment outcomes.Diverse Clinical Experience: Contribute to a practice environment that offers both inpatient and outpatient care. You'll manage an average inpatient volume of 10-20 patients daily and see 8-12 patients during clinic hours.Predictable Call Schedule: Enjoy a balanced call schedule with 1 weekday call per week and a weekend/holiday call rotation of 1:3.Advanced Technology & Procedures: Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to streamline patient care.
