Accountant (Greenwood)

We are seeking a professional Accountant to join a team in Greenwood, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in general accounting work and will have strong knowledge of GAAP.Job Description:Perform Accounts Receivable functions, including account review and collectionsServe as backup for Accounts Payable, including invoice entry and processing payments (ACH and bank drafts)Reconcile multiple bank accountsPrepare and post journal entriesComplete general ledger reconciliationsPerform monthly inventory reconciliations for multiple locationsAssist with annual audit preparationPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelors Degree in Accounting2+ years of general accounting experienceStrong knowledge of GAAPExcellent MS Excel SkillsHours:Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)100% ONSITECompensation & Benefits:$55,000 - $65,000Medical, Dental, VisionPTOExcellent company culture
