Cloud Migration Program Manager | JerusalemMertens Malam Team is hiring a Cloud Migration Program Manager for a leading organization in Jerusalem.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coordinate an enterprise-wide program for migrating systems from On-Prem to Cloud environmentsBuild a roadmap and multi-year work planManage a portfolio of projects, dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelinesWork with AWS, GCP, Azure, DevOps, CI/CD, IAM, Containers, Networking, Security, FinOps, and Cloud Migration, Modernization, DR, and Hybrid solutionsCollaborate with multiple technology teams, vendors, and external stakeholdersMatrix-manage project managers and drive stakeholders toward defined goalsTrack milestones and prepare materials for steering committeesRequirementsAt least four years of experience managing IT and technology projectsExperience managing complex, multi-system technology programs or projectsExperience with matrix management and driving stakeholders without direct managerial authorityExperience working in a multi-stakeholder Enterprise environment and managing multiple projects and Workstreams simultaneouslyFamiliarity with On-Prem and Cloud environments and technologies including AWS, GCP, Azure, Networking, Security, IAM, DevOps, and FinOps
