Cloud Migration Program Manager

We are recruiting a Cloud Migration Program Manager for a government office located in JerusalemRESPONSIBILITIES:Working with an organizational On-Prem to Cloud migration programBuilding Roadmaps and multi-year work plansManaging a portfolio of systems and projectsCoordinating between Development, Data, DevOps, Architecture, Infrastructure and Information Security teamsManaging project managers in a matrix structure, tracking budgets, risks, dependencies and schedules, and working with suppliers and cloud providersREQUIREMENTS:4 years of experience managing IT and technology projectsExperience managing complex and multi-system technology programs or projectsExperience in matrix management and driving stakeholders without direct managerial authorityFamiliarity with Cloud environments, AWS / GCP / Azure, On-Prem, Networking, Security, IAM and DevOpsExperience managing dependencies, risks, blockers, budgets and schedules
