You'll partner with product and functional leaders to manage resources, support multiple projects, and uphold engineering excellence. The role includes mentoring 8-12 engineers and ensuring strong technical quality across all work.Key ResponsibilitiesResolve technical and organizational challengesAllocate resources across multiple projectsManage hiring, reviews, and personnel decisionsSupport strategic R&D and special studiesMaintain job descriptions and proceduresDefine product plans, technical strategy, and long term directionRun team meetings and performance check insEnsure project quality and timely deliveryProvide training and support team developmentFoster cross department collaborationUphold company policies and quality standardsOffer technical support to other teamsWhat You Need for This PositionB.S. or Masters in Electrical Engineering; Motor control and HMI designMinimum of 5 years of experience in a product development environmentExcellent system level design capability with cross functional awareness in mechanical, firmware, and softwareMixed signal design and measurement systemsMicrocontroller, digital, and analog designClosed loop temperature control systemsAC design for single phase and three phase systemsHigh voltage designSystem level architecturePCB, PWB, and PWA designWire harness designStrong communication, coordination, and facilitation skillsAbility to adapt leadership style to diverse personalities and team needs
