You will utilize a variety of tools—including shovels, loaders, forklifts, and power tools—to maintain equipment and support site efficiency.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHRemove excess material from equipment and plant areas using manual or mechanical tools.Load and deliver materials across the production site.Perform light maintenance and lubrication of parts to ensure optimal performance.Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, and human resources policies.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: High School diploma or GED.Experience: Minimum of one year in a construction, mining, or manufacturing environment.Skills: Experience with Loader operation is preferred.Safety: A strong commitment to communicating and adhering to safety protocols.PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTSAdherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.Note: This role may require the use of a respirator.
