This position ensures the customer needs are met by delivering, responding, and setting up equipment per customer needs. Must be sure to follow regulations and be compliant.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The "essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Essential functions are those tasks, duties, and responsibilities that comprise of the means of accomplishing the job's purpose and objectives. They are the major functions for which the person assigned to this position is held accountable.Essential Functions:EE will be responsible for providing equipment rentals to various oilfield and construction locationsEE will be responsible for function testing, troubleshooting and checking various types of equipmentEE will be responsible for fueling equipment on location and in the Titan yardEE will be responsible to load and unload equipment and the load securement of equipmentEE will be responsible to ensure equipment is clean and professional per Titan's expectationsEE will be responsible for pulling trailers and backing trailersEE will be responsible for communicating via hand signalsEE will be responsible for your role in the PO policy ProcessEE will be responsible for reporting to supervisor any equipment deficienciesEE will drive a company vehicle while on duty in a legal, safe and professional mannerEE will perform tasks in teams and as solo.EE will present himself/herself and represent Titan in a professional mannerEE will be responsible to maintain appropriate work relationshipsEE will be responsible to follow all company policies and proceduresEE will be responsible to help out in other divisions and other tasks from time to time as neededEE will perform all duties as assigned by supervisor or leadKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Skills and Abilities:Ability to pull and back various size trailers Basic mechanical skills preferredAbility to drive a Company Vehicle in a legal, safe and professional manner Ability to communicate effectively with co workers, supervisors and customersEducation: High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required. Basic math skills requiredJob Experience: General Labor ExperienceComputer Skills: Ability to utilize mobile deviceTraining: Company will provide necessary safety training. Assigned a mentor for no less than 1 mo.Working Conditions:Physical Requirements: Long periods of driving, standing, crouching, lifting and bendingCapability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedlyCapability to work in extreme weather conditions, heat/cold/ wind/rain/snow.Must pass pre-employment fit testTravel Requirements: May be required out of town/state travel less than 10% timePay is based on performance, competencies, seniority: $19 - $24• This job description in no way indicates or implies these are the only duties to be performed by the employee of this position.
