Production Designer

Our client is looking for a part-time Production Designer to support a fast-moving, short-term project focused on multilingual content localization. This role is highly execution-driven and involves taking existing English materials and formatting them into multiple languages across PowerPoint and PDF deliverables.This role is fully remote, 15-20 hours/week, for the month of May with the possibility of extending into part of June depending on progress.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in high-volume production design workflows.Key Responsibilities:- Take finalized English content and translated copy and apply it across:  - PowerPoint presentations (primary)  - PDF documents and one-pagers- Ensure consistent formatting and layout across multiple languages (6-8 total)- Adjust designs to accommodate:  - Text expansion/contraction in different languages  - Font, spacing, and layout consistency- Produce clean, polished, client-ready deliverables- Collaborate with internal team members during initial onboarding to understand formatting nuances- Quickly ramp into a repeatable, efficient workflow after initial guidanceProject Scope:- Work includes a mix of:  - Larger documents (~30 pages, potentially across multiple languages)  - Smaller assets (1-3 page documents, press releases, one-pagers)- Languages may include:  - Japanese   - Korean   - Simplified Chinese   - Various European languages Required Skills & Experience:- Proven experience in production design (not purely conceptual design)- Advanced proficiency in:  - Microsoft PowerPoint (required)  - Adobe Acrobat / PDF tools- Strong attention to detail and formatting precision- Experience working with translated or multilingual content is a plus- Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks with accuracy and speed- Strong organizational and time management skillsNice to Have:- Experience supporting localization or global marketing teams- Familiarity with handling multi-language layout challenges (e.g., Asian languages, text expansion)In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
