Digital Production Designer

Company Overview:This role is part of a full-service, in-house creative team that develops bold ideas and brings them to life for leading media brands. Based in Denver, the team combines strategic thinking, design craft, and a collaborative spirit to create campaigns that drive business results. As part of a large, multi-brand marketing group within video services, you'll have the opportunity to shape brand storytelling on a scale while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Desiger to support a high-volume, fast-turn creative production workflow. This is not a UI/UX design role and is not intended for someone looking to do net-new concepting or highly creative, exploratory design work.This person will primarily use Figma as a production tool—building and maintaining templates, component libraries, and repeatable assets—and executing highly repetitive versioning across formats/specs with speed and precision.What you'll do (day-to-day)Produce and version marketing/creative assets at scale (high volume, fast turnaround).Build, update, and maintain Figma templates and component libraries to support production throughput and consistency.Execute repetitive production work reliably (this role can be routine/templated by nature).Apply vendor/platform spec guides and resize/reformat assets across multiple dimensions.Make detailed, production-oriented edits (text swaps, hierarchy adjustments, cropping, asset placement, logo prep, etc.).Follow strict processes for file naming, organization, and QA.Track time and workload accurately; communicate progress/blockers clearly.Support continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation.What this role is notNot UI design / product design / UX work.Not primarily net-new concepting or "creative exploration."Not a role for someone who will be unhappy doing repetitive, template-driven work.Required background (what we should screen for)3–5+ years in digital production / creative production (high-volume environments).Strong Figma production experience (libraries, components, templates, structured files).Solid working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.Extremely detail-oriented: QA mindset, consistency, pixel precision when required.Comfortable with repetition and "production line" style execution.Strong organization (naming conventions, file hygiene, version control habits).Able to multitask/prioritize as requests shift during the day/week.Nice-to-havesLight image retouchingEmail marketing platform exposureBasic motion/animation exposure (not required)Equal Opportunity Employer:Associate Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected status under applicable law.
