Highly organized and proactive, with a strong focus on maintaining an efficient, clean, and well-stocked workplace.Experienced in overseeing daily office operations, managing supply inventory, and ensuring a productive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and deliveries in a professional mannerOrder and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are consistently replenishedKeeping track of orders and receipts for company purchasesManage kitchen inventory and cleaning suppliesKeep office space tidy, organized, and presentable at all timesEnsure kitchen and common areas remain clean, stocked, and functional throughout the dayCoordinate with vendors for office services, deliveries and maintenanceHandle mail distribution, shipping, and receivingManage UPS account along with package deliveries to the post officeSupport administrative AD HOC tasks for executivesEnsuring new hire workspace is available and ready for first day.Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standardsOrganize staff meals, lunches, and catering arrangements from set up to clean up.Assist in planning and coordinating office events, celebrations, and special occasionsEnsure all conference rooms are neatly preparedOffice communications and TV signageRequirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and cleanlinessExcellent communication and vendor coordination skillsProactive problem-solving and time managementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Willing and able to commute to Clifton NJScheduleOnsiteMonday – Friday9:00 AM – 2:00 PMFlexibility as neededSchedule OnsiteMonday – Friday9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
