End User Support and IT Operations Specialist

We’re hiring an IT Operations & End User Support Specialist to support a multi-site environment with an IT services client. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on end-user IT support, with additional exposure to facilities, logistics, and asset management. This is a fulltime position and is fully onsite.What you’ll do:Provide Tier I/II end-user support across Windows and Mac environmentsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and application issuesHandle device setup, imaging, onboarding, and offboardingSupport endpoint security, malware remediation, and basic networkingCoordinate light facilities management and office operationsAssist with IT asset management, shipping/receiving, and inventoryWork with vendors and document processes and activitiesWhat we’re looking for:4+ years of end-user IT support experienceExperience supporting both Windows and macOSStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsExposure to facilities, logistics, or asset management is a plusComfortable working onsite in Westwood, MA and traveling quarterly between other offices (CT and ME)
