This field-based role serving our North Texas and Oklahoma territory. The role focuses on building strong customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Account Manager actively manages a sales pipeline, forecasts territory performance, and works to consistently achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and in-person engagement with customers. Key ResponsibilitiesManages the full sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, closing, and post-sale follow-upIdentifies and pursues new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationshipsBuilds and maintains a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecasts territory performanceDevelops long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutionsConverts leads into long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement and consistent follow-upMaintains regular communication with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person visitsResponds promptly to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, purchasing options, and technical supportMaintains accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM systemMaintains ongoing post-sale engagement to support long-term customer satisfaction and retentionParticipates in sales meetings, product training, and professional development activitiesCollaborates with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomesTravels within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows What You’ll Bring5+ years of successful field sales experience managing a defined territoryDemonstrated ability to develop strong customer relationships and generate new business opportunitiesExperience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong account management, relationship-building, and consultative sales skillsAbility to manage a geographic territory and travel regularly to customer sitesValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insuranceDesired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or a related fieldExperience selling into Career and Technical Education (CTE), K–12, post-secondary education, or workforce development marketsFamiliarity with education purchasing processes and institutional buying cyclesExperience selling into grant-funded purchasing environmentsWork LocationRealityworks is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a remote position, working from a home office in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.This territory covers the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, surrounding North Texas, and the state of Oklahoma.Travel RequirementsRegular travel (up to 50%) throughout a multi-state territory to attend school visits, product demonstrations, and regional trade shows.
