We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their craft to join our growing team.The Role We are seeking an Experienced Generator Technician capable of leading full installations and performing comprehensive maintenance and diagnostic service work on residential and commercial standby units. This is a full-time, year-round position for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.What You'll Do:Installations: Lead the seamless installation of Generac standby generators, including electrical connections and transfer switches.Maintenance: Perform routine multi-point inspections, oil/filter changes, and battery testing to ensure system reliability.Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues; perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.Customer Excellence: Provide "Legendary Service" by explaining system operations to homeowners and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.What We're Looking For:Proven Experience: A strong background in generator-specific installation and repair is required.
