DescriptionMarketing Assistant (Growth & Marketing Operations)Location: Houston, TX (On-Site)Department: MarketingReports To: Interim Head of MarketingRole OverviewPiping Technology & Products is hiring a Marketing Assistant to help drive website traffic, inbound leads, and RFQs.This role focuses on executing and improving marketing systems across SEO, analytics, and marketing operations. The team’s goal is to double inbound lead volume in 2026, and this position contributes directly to that outcome.You will gain hands-on experience across modern marketing tools and have the opportunity to develop expertise in SEO, analytics, and marketing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTraffic & Lead GenerationExecute SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and backlink managementSupport AEO/GEO efforts to improve visibility in AI-driven searchIdentify and implement opportunities to increase website conversions and inbound RFQsMarketing OperationsBuild and manage automated workflows in HubSpot and Zapier for lead capture, routing, and follow-upMaintain CRM structure including list creation, imports, deduplication, and segmentationResearch and implement tools to improve marketing performance and efficiencyAnalytics & ReportingTrack performance across campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and related toolsMonitor metrics such as traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROIGenerate insights to inform ongoing optimizationData & ProcessClean, organize, and analyze marketing data using Excel and Google SheetsImprove data quality and reporting processes to support decision-makingExecution & CoordinationSupport campaign execution across content, email, social, and sales enablementTrack projects in Asana to ensure deadlines and priorities are metCoordinate with sales and internal teams to support marketing initiativesWhat Success Looks LikeGrowth in website traffic and search visibilityIncrease in inbound leads and RFQsHigh-quality, well-structured CRM dataEfficient execution of marketing initiativesDevelopment of subject matter expertise in a core areaRequirementsQualificationsStrong organizational and project management skillsProficiency in Excel or Google SheetsFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMrushClear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with dataWhy Join UsDirect impact on lead generation and company growthExposure to modern marketing tools and systemsOpportunity to develop expertise and take ownership in key areasCollaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment
